Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging to help our quality control team assess the claim.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Processing & Replacement
